Choreographer & Dance Development
Casey started dancing at age 6. She trained in ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary through high school, competing regionally and performing in annual productions. In college Casey was a member of the American University Dance Team and performed countless pom and jazz routines during halftime at basketball games. She also competed a jazz routine at NDA Nationals each spring in Daytona Beach, Florida against D1 teams from across the country. She is currently a member of Danceworks New York City, and continues to train and perform in two showcases annually with the company. She has already debuted 3 original pieces of choreography at these showcases since joining Danceworks in 2023, and hopes to continue doing so in the future.
Casey has been a dance educator since 2019, teaching students in New Jersey, New York, and Washington DC. She has taught classes in all styles, including tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and ballet to children ages 3 to 18. She has also taught classes for adults with Danceworks.
